With limited seating and one shared start time, owner’s Alex and Kat curate an intimate experience where guests dine together and witness each dish come to life. Alex plates each course in full view, creating an engaging dialogue around each dish. The result is immersive, refined, and deeply personal.
We operate Thursday through Saturday with one seating per evening at 6:30pm. Please allow approximately two and a half hours for the full experience.

$120 per person. Our tasting menu evolves every five to six weeks, shaped by Niagara’s growing cycles and the availability of exceptional Canadian fish. Freshwater species from the Great Lakes and Georgian Bay often take center stage, complemented by peak produce from the region.
The menu is fish focused, with land based proteins used thoughtfully and sparingly. Pescatarian diners and those with shellfish allergies can be accommodated with advance notice.
Our wine list prominently features thoughtful, small-scale producers from Niagara and Ontario, and an optional wine pairing is curated daily to complement our tasting menu.
